If you&rsquo;re passionate about numbers and eager to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including account reconciliation and balance sheet management</li><li>Conduct thorough financial report writing and interpretation to inform strategic decisions</li><li>Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives to support organizational goals</li><li>Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment</li><li>Ensure compliance with Securities law and other regulatory requirements through meticulous auditing practices</li><li>Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, , Sage, or Xero for accurate financial tracking</li><li>Perform cash flow analysis and bank reconciliation to maintain optimal liquidity</li></ul>Basic qualifications<ul><li>Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping principles and financial concepts</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting</li><li>Experience with tax regulations</li><li>Must be proficient with quickbooks</li></ul>Preferred qualifications<ul><li>Familiarity with Financial Management principles</li><li>Proven track record in mentoring teams within a public accounting or governmental accounting environment</li></ul>Why you&rsquo;ll love it here We are dedicated to creating an environment where our employees can thrive both professionally and personally.
