About Pacifier Pacifier is an upscale chain of baby boutiques and e-commerce brand based in the Twin Cities, serving parents, kids, and gift-givers.Position Overview The Social Media Content Creator develops and produces engaging video-first content across Pacifier&rsquo;s social channels. This role is ideal for a creative storyteller who enjoys turning ideas into compelling Reels, TikToks, and short-form video that connect with our audience.Responsibilities<ul><li>Partner with the Owner/CEO to execute the brand&rsquo;s social media strategy</li><li>Own the social content calendar and develop creative concepts aligned with seasonal campaigns and marketing priorities</li><li>Film, edit, and publish short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube</li><li>Attend monthly photo shoots to capture behind-the-scenes and video content</li><li>Grow engagement and follower counts through compelling content</li><li>Monitor and respond to comments and messages and engage with relevant accounts</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong experience creating and editing short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)</li><li>Creative thinker who can quickly generate ideas and experiment with new formats</li><li>Comfortable filming content in-store and on location</li><li>Experience with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest</li><li>Strong storytelling, writing, and communication skills</li><li>Able to collaborate but also work independently</li></ul>Location Remote work is possible, please note this role requires weekly content creation at a store for ~2 hours (North Loop, Edina, Woodbury, and Wayzata) and a monthly photoshoot for ~2-3 hours.Pay: $16.45 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Parental leave</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Please list 2-3 days/times that would work well to schedule and interview.</li><li>Please share a link with the best place to view prior video creation samples (may be professional or personal).</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Minneapolis, MN 55401
