Position Overview
The Social Media Content Creator develops and produces engaging video-first content across Pacifier’s social channels. This role is ideal for a creative storyteller who enjoys turning ideas into compelling Reels, TikToks, and short-form video that connect with our audience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Owner/CEO to execute the brand’s social media strategy
• Own the social content calendar and develop creative concepts aligned with seasonal campaigns and marketing priorities
• Film, edit, and publish short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Attend monthly photo shoots to capture behind-the-scenes and video content
• Grow engagement and follower counts through compelling content
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages and engage with relevant accounts

Qualifications

• Strong experience creating and editing short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Creative thinker who can quickly generate ideas and experiment with new formats
• Comfortable filming content in-store and on location
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest
• Strong storytelling, writing, and communication skills
• Able to collaborate but also work independently

Location
Remote work is possible, please note this role requires weekly content creation at a store for ~2 hours (North Loop, Edina, Woodbury, and Wayzata) and a monthly photoshoot for ~2-3 hours.

Pay: $16.45 per hour
