We value energetic, responsible individuals who thrive in creating positive routines and fostering a loving atmosphere for children of various ages.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide attentive, personalized care to children, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times</li><li>Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children&rsquo;s dietary needs and preferences</li><li>Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and physical development</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, such as cleaning toys and children&rsquo;s areas</li><li>Assist with daily routines including dressing, bathing, diapering, and nap schedules</li><li>Support children with developmental milestones and educational activities aligned with their age group</li><li>Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or health concerns</li><li>Collaborate with parents to communicate daily updates on children&rsquo;s activities, progress, and any concerns</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience working with children across different age groups, especially infants and toddlers</li><li>Knowledge of child development principles and age-specific caregiving techniques</li><li>Certification in first aid and CPR is required</li><li>Ability to perform light cleaning duties related to childcare environments</li><li>Experience in meal preparation for children with attention to nutritional needs</li><li>Familiarity with working with multiples, children who have disabilities or special needs is a plus</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents and team members</li><li>Enthusiastic, responsible, patient, and adaptable attitude towards caregiving</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re passionate about nurturing young minds in a lively environment that values your dedication!
