Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized care to children, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children’s dietary needs and preferences
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and physical development
• Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, such as cleaning toys and children’s areas
• Assist with daily routines including dressing, bathing, diapering, and nap schedules
• Support children with developmental milestones and educational activities aligned with their age group
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or health concerns
• Collaborate with parents to communicate daily updates on children’s activities, progress, and any concerns

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with children across different age groups, especially infants and toddlers
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-specific caregiving techniques
• Certification in first aid and CPR is required
• Ability to perform light cleaning duties related to childcare environments
• Experience in meal preparation for children with attention to nutritional needs
• Familiarity with working with multiples, children who have disabilities or special needs is a plus
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents and team members
• Enthusiastic, responsible, patient, and adaptable attitude towards caregiving
