We are committed to paying all our team members fairly for their valuable work and dedication.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform landscape installation and maintenance tasks, including planting, pruning, mowing, and edging to keep outdoor spaces lush and attractive</li><li>Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators safely and efficiently for construction, hardscape projects, or landscape modifications</li><li>Conduct lawn care activities like fertilizing, aerating, watering, and weed control to promote healthy turf growth</li><li>Maintain trees through trimming, pruning, and health assessments to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal</li><li>Carry out snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access and clear pathways</li><li>Assist with garden design elements including hardscape features like patios or walkways while adhering to project specifications</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment, power tools, and land management machinery</li><li>Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices</li><li>Skilled in using hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and wheelbarrows for detailed work</li><li>Ability to operate heavy machinery including excavators safely on construction sites or large-scale projects</li><li>Knowledge of tree care techniques including trimming, planting, and disease management</li><li>Excellent understanding of landscaping principles combined with the ability to execute hardscape projects effectively</li><li>Ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure safety and longevity of tools used in daily tasks</li></ul>This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about outdoor work who want to develop their skills across a variety of landscaping disciplines.
