The Beauty Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring excellent customer service within the beauty or aesthetic business. This role involves supervising daily sales operations, training staff, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high brand and service standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and motivate the beauty sales team to achieve individual and team sales targetsDevelop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer retentionMonitor daily sales performance and prepare sales reports for managementEnsure exceptional customer experience and handle escalated customer concernsTrain, coach, and onboard new beauty sales staff on products, services, and sales techniquesCoordinate with marketing teams on promotions, campaigns, and offersMaintain knowledge of beauty products, treatments, and industry trendsEnsure compliance with company policies, pricing, and ethical sales practicesManage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverageMaintain inventory coordination with operations/store teamsRequired Skills &amp; QualificationsProven experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, aesthetic clinic, or salon salesStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesTarget-driven with strong negotiation and closing skillsCustomer-focused mindsetKnowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools is an advantageAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends if requiredJob Type: Full-timePay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
