After 90 days, a hybrid work schedule is available allowing one remote work day per week.Starting salary is based on experience. We offer 15 days of PTO in your first year, and accrual begins immediately.Job duties include:&mdash;Manage litigation files in largely paperless office, including client documents, pleadings, discovery materials, and other case documents;&mdash;Draft appearances and other basic documents; enter attorney timesheets into our online system;&mdash;Assist with trial, hearing, and deposition prep; manage dockets and track calendar dates and deadlines;&mdash;Assist with electronic case filing in state and federal courts.Candidates for the position must :&mdash;Be highly organized and detail-oriented.&mdash;Have at least three years&rsquo; experience as a legal assistant.&mdash;Possess excellent spelling, grammar, punctuation, and overall communication skills (both oral and written).&mdash;Be a high school graduate (college graduate preferred).&mdash;Be experienced with a Mac computer or willing to learn.&mdash;Be proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Outlook.&mdash;Be able to type at least 60 wpm.&mdash;Be discreet with confidential information.Please e-mail your r&eacute;sum&eacute;, a cover letter, and references.Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $62,500.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Disability insurance</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Vision insurance</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In person
