Key Responsibilities:&#9989; Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals</li><li>Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers</li><li>Prepare offer letters and conduct onboarding formalities</li><li>Maintain employee database and documents</li></ul>&#9989; Attendance &amp; Leave Management<ul><li>Monitor daily attendance, manage leave records, and update systems</li><li>Handle queries related to attendance, leave policies, and HR systems</li></ul>&#9989; Employee Engagement<ul><li>Plan and execute team activities, celebrations, and engagement programs</li><li>Support in organizing events like birthdays, rewards, training, and happy hours</li></ul>&#9989; HR Operations &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Maintain employee records, letters, and HR documentation</li><li>Assist in payroll inputs, performance tracking, and appraisal process</li><li>Ensure policies are followed and communicate any updates</li></ul>&#9989; Exit Formalities<ul><li>Manage resignation process, full &amp; final settlements, and exit interviews</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Good communication (Hindi/English)</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Google Sheets</li><li>Understanding of HR operations and recruitment process</li><li>Problem-solving and interpersonal skills</li><li>Time management and confidentiality</li></ul>Perks:<ul><li>Growth-oriented work environment</li><li>Friendly team and company culture</li><li>Learning opportunities in HR tech &amp; compliance</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
