 Description
 
 
 
 You will:

 What You'll Be Responsible For:

 Designing and leading a high‑impact HR function aligned to growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Delivering organization design, role clarity, and leadership capability
 </li>
 <li>
 Building scalable people systems, policies, and processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Owning compensation, benefits, performance management, and development frameworks
 </li>
 <li>
 Partnering with leadership on succession planning and culture
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring compliance within a public, regulated healthcare environment
 </li>

 Developing and elevating an existing HR team
 </li>

 Profile
 
 
 
 
 This role is suited to senior HR leaders who:

 Come from healthcare, pharmacy, life sciences, telehealth, or regulated DTC/e‑commerce (essential)
 </li>
 <li>
 Have experience in high‑growth and public company environments (essential)
 </li>
 <li>
 Are comfortable building from scratch rather than inheriting mature infrastructure
 </li>
 <li>
 Are commercially minded, pragmatic, and execution‑focused
 </li>
 <li>
 Value in‑person collaboration and are committed to being office‑based in Clearwater (non-negotiable)
 </li>
