Job Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and ambitious MTO to join our Accounts and Inventory Management team. Designed for ambitious professionals, this program will train you in end-to-end inventory control, variance analysis, and cost optimization. You will work closely with warehouse, production, and finance teams to minimize carrying costs and ensure zero stock-outs of raw materials and finished goods.Eligibility Criteria<ul><li>ACCA: Minimum 9 papers completed.</li><li>ICMAP: Passed Managerial Level -2.</li><li>Experience: Fresh graduates or 0-1 year of relevant internship/practical experience.</li><li>Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and fundamental knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/ERP).</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Inventory Valuation &amp; Reporting: Assist in monthly inventory counts, valuation, and reconciliation against the general ledger.</li><li>Cost Analysis: Apply financial management principles to analyze inventory carrying costs, holding costs, and material variances (e.g., \(Material \ Variance = (Standard \ Qty \times Standard \ Price) - (Actual \ Qty \times Actual \ Price)\)).</li><li>Stock Optimization: Monitor stock levels against production demands to optimize order quantities and prevent overstocking.</li><li>Data &amp; Analytics: Maintain and track supply chain KPIs, including stock turnover ratios and Days Sales of Inventory (DSI).</li><li>Process Improvements: Support cross-functional initiatives to identify and eliminate slow-moving or obsolete inventory.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Structured Training: A 12 to 18-month rotational program spanning procurement, warehousing, and finance.</li><li>Market Competitive Stipend: PKR 35,000 to PKR 40,000 per month (depending on qualifications).</li><li>Professional Mentorship: Hands-on experience that directly contributes to your Practical Experience Requirement (PER) or ICMA practical training hours.</li></ul>Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Korangi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you student of?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Intermediate (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Korangi (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>25% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
