Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Inventory & Cost Management (ACCA & ICMAP Students only)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and ambitious MTO to join our Accounts and Inventory Management team. Designed for ambitious professionals, this program will train you in end-to-end inventory control, variance analysis, and cost optimization. You will work closely with warehouse, production, and finance teams to minimize carrying costs and ensure zero stock-outs of raw materials and finished goods.

Eligibility Criteria

• ACCA: Minimum 9 papers completed.
• ICMAP: Passed Managerial Level -2.
• Experience: Fresh graduates or 0-1 year of relevant internship/practical experience.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and fundamental knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/ERP).

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Valuation & Reporting: Assist in monthly inventory counts, valuation, and reconciliation against the general ledger.
• Cost Analysis: Apply financial management principles to analyze inventory carrying costs, holding costs, and material variances (e.g., \(Material \ Variance = (Standard \ Qty \times Standard \ Price) - (Actual \ Qty \times Actual \ Price)\)).
• Stock Optimization: Monitor stock levels against production demands to optimize order quantities and prevent overstocking.
• Data & Analytics: Maintain and track supply chain KPIs, including stock turnover ratios and Days Sales of Inventory (DSI).
• Process Improvements: Support cross-functional initiatives to identify and eliminate slow-moving or obsolete inventory.
