Management Trainee Officer (MTO) Finance

Job Summary

We are looking for a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) Finance to support accounting, financial reporting, and finance operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience looking to build a career in finance, accounts, and auditing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in financial reporting, P&L, and basic accounting tasks
• Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Support Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Assist in bank reconciliations and expense tracking
• Support budgeting and financial analysis (FP&A)
• Ensure documentation for audits and compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, BBA, Commerce
• Fresh or up to 1 year experience
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/ERP is a plus)
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
