Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – E-Commerce Operations

We are looking for a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) for a 2 to 3-month training program in E-Commerce department. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in retail and e-commerce operations.

Requirements:

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory).

- Willingness to travel with the team to multiple retail locations.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

- Align retail products with online product listings.

- Visit retail stores to collect product information and take product photographs.

- Edit product images according to company standards.

- Upload products and images to the company website.

- Update product prices and product information.

- Coordinate with the Marketing and Purchase departments for product-related activities.

- Ensure data accuracy and support day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, IT, Marketing, or a related field.

- 1 year of experience in relevant field is required.

Program Duration: 2 to 3 months
