Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and service-oriented Butler Manager to lead and manage the Butler team in delivering personalized and intuitive guest experiences. This role requires a dynamic leader with an exceptional eye for detail, impeccable standards, and a passion for delivering world-class luxury service. The ideal candidate will bring experience from ultra-luxury hospitality environments and possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Oversee all aspects of the Butler service, ensuring seamless, anticipatory, and personalized guest experiences for VIPs, suites, and distinguished clientele.</li><li>Lead, coach, and mentor the Butler team, fostering a culture of excellence, discretion, and attention to detail.</li><li>Coordinate pre-arrival arrangements, in-room amenities, unpacking/packing services, and special requests.</li><li>Ensure flawless execution of guest itineraries, from airport greetings to room services and dining coordination.</li><li>Liaise closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge, and other departments to ensure cohesive and elevated guest service.</li><li>Maintain and update guest profiles, preferences, and histories to enhance future stays.</li><li>Handle guest feedback, requests, and complaints with poise and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.</li><li>Conduct daily briefings, training, and quality checks to maintain consistency and excellence in service delivery.</li><li>Ensure the appearance, grooming, and behavior of all Butlers reflects the hotel's luxury image.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Previous experience as a Butler Manager or Head Butler in a luxury 5-star hotel.</li><li>Proven leadership experience in managing a high-performing team.</li><li>Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and guest engagement skills.</li><li>Strong knowledge of luxury standards, etiquette, and personalized service.</li><li>Discreet, composed, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask under pressure.</li><li>Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.</li><li>Professional training in hospitality or certified butler training preferred.</li></ul>
