Located in Milwaukee&rsquo;s Menomonee River Valley, Villa Palermo is a state-of-the industry manufacturing facility that adjoins our company headquarters.</p>

Our high-tech pizza manufacturing operations include an on-site bakery to produce best-in-class crusts, robotic packaging equipment, and a 24-hour shipping and receiving facility.</p>
<p>
Our Maintenance Team contributes to Palermo&rsquo;s success by ensuring that our Plant operates at a world-class level with production uptimes over 98%.</p>

When you&rsquo;ll work&hellip;</b></h3>
<p>
We are currently hiring an experienced SHRG with the ability to work flexible hours and provide on-demand support to accommodate varying needs and ensure timely assistance in addressing HR-related matters.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What you&rsquo;ll do&hellip;</b></h3>
<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations across all shifts, ensuring consistency, timely resolution, and proper documentation</li>
<li>Partner with frontline leadership to address attendance, performance, conduct, and conflict resolution</li>
<li>Provide day-to-day HR guidance to plant leadership, acting as a trusted advisor</li>
<li>Lead complex employee relations investigations with objectivity and professionalism</li>
<li>Analyze trends and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement in policies, programs, and practices</li>
<li>Support workforce planning, organizational changes, and succession planning efforts</li>
<li>Lead listening sessions and employee huddles to understand engagement and drive action</li>
<li>Coach leaders and employees to improve relationships, performance, and retention</li>
<li>Identify and support training needs across teams; evaluate effectiveness of training initiatives</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and food safety standards</li>

<ul><li>Proven ability to gain trust and establish relationships with people through sincerity and confidentiality.</li>
<li>Utilizing knowledge from your 5+ years of comprehensive HR experience to develop and maintain strong working relationships and support all team member&rsquo;s needs.</li>
<li>Designated lifelong learner with a strong interest in developing new skills and techniques to improve the employee experience.</li>
<li>Team player with excellent communication skills ready to work hard to ensure the whole Palermo&rsquo;s team succeeds.</li>
