Where you’ll work…

Located in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley, Villa Palermo is a state-of-the industry manufacturing facility that adjoins our company headquarters.

Our high-tech pizza manufacturing operations include an on-site bakery to produce best-in-class crusts, robotic packaging equipment, and a 24-hour shipping and receiving facility.

Our Maintenance Team contributes to Palermo’s success by ensuring that our Plant operates at a world-class level with production uptimes over 98%.

When you’ll work…

We are currently hiring an experienced SHRG with the ability to work flexible hours and provide on-demand support to accommodate varying needs and ensure timely assistance in addressing HR-related matters.

What you’ll do…

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations across all shifts, ensuring consistency, timely resolution, and proper documentation
  • Partner with frontline leadership to address attendance, performance, conduct, and conflict resolution
  • Provide day-to-day HR guidance to plant leadership, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Lead complex employee relations investigations with objectivity and professionalism
  • Analyze trends and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement in policies, programs, and practices
  • Support workforce planning, organizational changes, and succession planning efforts
  • Lead listening sessions and employee huddles to understand engagement and drive action
  • Coach leaders and employees to improve relationships, performance, and retention
  • Identify and support training needs across teams; evaluate effectiveness of training initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and food safety standards
