Human Resources Manager

Core Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree; a major in business, human resources, psychology, or a related field
• 5-7 years of related human resources generalist leadership experience
• Solid employee relations background

Preferred Requirements:

• 3+ years leading a human resources team

The successful candidate will serve as the strategic and operational human resources leader for a large manufacturing facility, playing a pivotal role in shaping the site's strategies and functions. This is a highly visible and high-impact position where a successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a decisive role in the organization's future success and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Function as a member of the senior management team, setting strategic direction for the success and growth of all businesses
• Collaborate with business partners to implement strategic initiatives resulting in continuous improvement, enhanced employee engagement, improved working relationships, and positive business results
• Participate in the development and implementation of financial budgets
• Implement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, career management, etc., at the site level
• Guarantee working conditions in compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment policies
• Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives
