This is more than just a job &mdash; it&rsquo;s an opportunity to be part of a lively community that celebrates creativity, teamwork, and high-quality food and drink experiences.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks, ensuring consistency in flavor and presentation</li><li>Operate Toast POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling</li><li>Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and answering questions about menu options</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf&eacute; area, including food preparation stations and seating areas</li><li>Manage cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic retail math</li><li>Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff</li><li>Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous barista or food service experience, preferably in a caf&eacute; or retail environment</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast or Clover is highly desirable</li><li>Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality standards</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude</li><li>Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques</li><li>Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math tasks</li><li>Capable of standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and working in a fast-paced setting</li></ul>Join us as a Boba Barista where your enthusiasm fuels memorable guest experiences!
