Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks, ensuring consistency in flavor and presentation
• Operate Toast POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and answering questions about menu options
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas
• Manage cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic retail math
• Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
• Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness

Requirements

• Previous barista or food service experience, preferably in a café or retail environment
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast or Clover is highly desirable
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math tasks
• Capable of standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and working in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $13.73 - $15.00 per hour
