This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in customer service, food handling, and retail operations within a fast-paced, energetic setting.Duties<ul><li>Greet customers warmly and take their orders with enthusiasm, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.</li><li>Prepare a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to established recipes and standards.</li><li>Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions smoothly and accurately.</li><li>Handle cash, credit card payments, and manage cash register operations with precision.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by properly handling food items and adhering to health regulations.</li><li>Assist in food preparation and serving food items in accordance with safety guidelines.</li><li>Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality service.</li><li>Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.</li><li>Keep the work area organized, stocked, and sanitized throughout your shift.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous barista experience or background in coffee service is highly preferred.</li><li>Proven experience in cashiering or retail math to handle transactions confidently.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.</li><li>Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling, and basic math for accurate cash handling.</li><li>Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods.</li><li>Experience in food industry environments or caf&eacute; settings is advantageous but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
