This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while working within a supportive educational community.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement dynamic curriculum plans tailored to early childhood education standards, including Montessori methods and literacy education strategies</li><li>Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate classroom management techniques, behavior management, and hands-on activities to support childhood development</li><li>Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity and social interaction among students</li><li>Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor student progress and tailor instruction accordingly</li><li>Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to support early intervention efforts and ensure child welfare</li><li>Manage classroom routines effectively while maintaining discipline through positive reinforcement techniques</li><li>Incorporate physical education activities and tutoring sessions to enhance overall student well-being and academic achievement</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including preschool or daycare environments</li><li>Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles, behavior management strategies, and classroom management techniques</li><li>Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or math concepts such as numeracy skills</li><li>Experience with special education needs, early intervention programs, and literacy instruction is highly desirable</li><li>Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and team members effectively</li><li>Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and developmental stages</li><li>Prior experience in private schools or Montessori environments is a plus</li><li>Demonstrated commitment to child welfare, safety protocols, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere</li></ul>Join us in shaping the future by inspiring young minds!
