Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated 2k Teacher to inspire and nurture the growth of young learners. Duties

  • Develop and implement dynamic curriculum plans tailored to early childhood education standards, including Montessori methods and literacy education strategies
  • Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate classroom management techniques, behavior management, and hands-on activities to support childhood development
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity and social interaction among students
  • Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor student progress and tailor instruction accordingly
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to support early intervention efforts and ensure child welfare
  • Manage classroom routines effectively while maintaining discipline through positive reinforcement techniques
  • Incorporate physical education activities and tutoring sessions to enhance overall student well-being and academic achievement

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including preschool or daycare environments
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles, behavior management strategies, and classroom management techniques
  • Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or math concepts such as numeracy skills
  • Experience with special education needs, early intervention programs, and literacy instruction is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and team members effectively
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and developmental stages
  • Prior experience in private schools or Montessori environments is a plus
  • Demonstrated commitment to child welfare, safety protocols, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
