We&rsquo;re Hiring &ndash; Legal Executive / Legal Officer (age-under 50)Location: Andheri West, Lokhandwala, MumbaiCompany: Pammvi Exports Pvt. Ltd.About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Professional to manage litigation, drafting, and revenue-related matters. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling court proceedings, have strong legal drafting skills, and be open to travelling across India as required.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Represent the company in courts (with a valid Sanad).</li><li>Draft legal documents &mdash; Notices, Applications, Suits, Agreements, etc.</li><li>Handle Revenue-related and Litigation matters efficiently.</li><li>Manage cases before Revenue Court and others.</li><li>Conduct legal research and provide advisory on debt recovery, property/habitation, and compliance matters.</li><li>Ensure effective use of computers &amp; legal software tools for drafting and e-filing.</li><li>Communicate effectively in multiple languages (reading, writing, and speaking).</li><li>Travel across India as required for hearings and company assignments.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Qualification: LLB / LLM with a valid Sanad.
