The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of managing E-commerce as the key business driver, with expertise in Facebook Ads and Google Ads for high-scale growth.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and scale campaigns across Facebook Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).</li><li>E-commerce Growth: Drive online sales and revenue growth with data-driven strategies focused on ROAS, CAC, and LTV metrics.</li><li>Campaign Strategy: Build and implement SEM campaigns aligned with the overall digital marketing strategy.</li><li>Tools &amp; Platforms: Hands-on working proficiency with Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Google Merchant Center, and Facebook Business Manager.</li><li>Funnel Optimization: Understand and optimize the full e-commerce funnel &ndash; from impressions to clicks, add-to-cart, checkout, and purchase.</li><li>Audience Building: Create and refine custom and lookalike audiences based on user journey and website events.</li><li>Tracking &amp; Analytics: Set up and monitor key conversion events using Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.</li><li>Reporting: Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and deliver actionable insights for scaling campaigns.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in digital marketing for D2C brands (mandatory).</li><li>Proven track record of scaling revenue through paid campaigns on Facebook &amp; Google.</li><li>Strong knowledge of E-commerce performance metrics and funnel-based marketing.</li><li>Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Google Merchant Center, Facebook Ads Manager, and GTM.</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with expertise in A/B testing, attribution, and conversion optimization.</li><li>Ability to manage budgets efficiently and deliver high ROI.</li></ul>Good to Have<ul><li>Experience in influencer-driven performance campaigns.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO, Email Marketing, and Marketing Automation.</li><li>Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Can you share the average monthly budget you&rsquo;ve managed?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Digital marketing: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
