We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive with expertise in Facebook and Instagram advertising. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage Facebook Ads campaigns (including Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram).
- Conduct audience research, define targeting strategies, and create high-performing ad sets.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging ad creatives, visuals, and copy that align with campaign goals.
- Monitor daily ad performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for best ROI and conversion rates.
- Manage and allocate ad budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum returns.
- Track and report key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads Manager updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends.
- Run A/B testing for creatives, placements, and audiences.
- Coordinate with other marketing channels (Google Ads, SEO, Email, etc.) for an integrated campaign approach.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance and insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in running and managing Facebook Ads.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Business Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Pixel tracking.
- Experience in lead generation, e-commerce, or brand awareness campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Excel/Sheets for reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with Google Ads or other paid platforms.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of remarketing campaigns and custom audiences.
- Understanding of sales funnels and conversion optimization techniques.
