About the Role:Pandoza Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager with 2&ndash;3 years of experience to lead our online presence and brand engagement across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, content strategy, and the ability to grow and manage communities effectively.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.</li><li>Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).</li><li>Create and curate engaging content &mdash; posts, stories, reels, videos, and graphics &mdash; in coordination with the creative team.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, design, and video teams to align content with campaigns and goals.</li><li>Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and prepare monthly reports to measure campaign success.</li><li>Manage paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and optimize for better ROI.</li><li>Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions professionally and promptly.</li><li>Stay updated on social media trends, tools, algorithms, and competitor activities.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands or agencies.</li><li>Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their analytics tools.</li><li>Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools for quick content creation.</li><li>Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).</li><li>Ability to plan, execute, and evaluate campaigns independently.</li><li>Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills (Good to Have):<ul><li>Experience running paid campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.)</li><li>Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaborations.</li><li>Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
