Graphic Designer

About the Role:

Pandoza Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team at Viman Nagar, Pune. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to bring creative ideas to life across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create marketing materials such as social media creatives, brochures, banners, infographics, and advertisements.
• Develop and maintain brand identities, logos, and visual assets.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to produce engaging visuals for campaigns and promotions.
• Edit and enhance images, videos, and other multimedia content when needed.
• Ensure consistency in brand look and feel across all channels.
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design (agency or corporate environment).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD) or equivalent design tools.
• Strong sense of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design basics is an added advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or other online design tools.
• Knowledge of print production processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
