Position: QA/QC Engineer No.Experience Required: Minimum 5 YearsQualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical EngineeringJob Description &amp; Responsibilities:QA/QC &amp; InspectionStrong experience in Piping QA/QC activities in refinery/oil &amp; gas projects.Knowledge of inspection stages &ndash; Fit-up, Welding, NDT, Hydrotest, Reinstatement.Review of WPS, PQR, Welder Qualification Records.Coordination with PMC (Technip) and IOCL for inspection approvals.Documentation &amp; Quality ControlPreparation and review of ITP, QAP, Method Statements.Preparation and maintenance of Test Packs and Hydrotest dossiers.Strong knowledge of LHS (Line History Sheet) preparation.Experience in Loop File documentation and final dossier compilation.Maintaining QA/QC documentation as per IOCL &amp; PMC standards.Final Documentation &amp; HandoverPreparation of As-built documentation.Compilation of final mechanical completion dossiers.Submission and clearance from PMC &amp; IOCL.General RequirementsImmediate joining preferred.Refinery / Oil &amp; Gas project experience mandatory.Must be familiar with IOCL refinery documentation standards.Strong coordination and communication skills required.Ability to independently handle PMC and Client interactions.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

QA/QC Engineer – Piping

Position: Piping EngineerNumber of Positions: 04 Nos.Experience Required: 2 to 5 YearsQualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)Execution KnowledgeHands-on experience in piping erection, fit-up, alignment, and installation works.Strong understanding of Isometric Drawings, GA Drawings, P&amp;ID, and piping layouts.Monitoring daily site activities and ensuring execution as per approved drawings &amp; project specification.Coordination with QA/QC, planning team, PMC (Technip), and IOCL representatives.Testing &amp; CommissioningExperience in Hydrotesting, Hydrofill, Flushing, and Pneumatic Testing.Preparation and verification of Test Packs.Coordination with PMC and Client during inspection and testing.Knowledge of pre-commissioning &amp; commissioning procedures.Documentation &amp; ReportingPreparation of DPR (Daily Progress Report).Maintaining test records, inspection reports, and clearance documents.Knowledge of WPS, PQR, ITP, and QA/QC documentation.Proper documentation control as per IOCL &amp; PMC requirements.Safety ComplianceKnowledge of refinery safety standards and work permit system.Strict adherence to IOCL refinery safety norms.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
