QA/QC Engineer – Piping

Position: QA/QC Engineer

No.Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Job Description & Responsibilities:

QA/QC & InspectionStrong experience in Piping QA/QC activities in refinery/oil & gas projects.Knowledge of inspection stages – Fit-up, Welding, NDT, Hydrotest, Reinstatement.Review of WPS, PQR, Welder Qualification Records.Coordination with PMC (Technip) and IOCL for inspection approvals.

Documentation & Quality ControlPreparation and review of ITP, QAP, Method Statements.Preparation and maintenance of Test Packs and Hydrotest dossiers.Strong knowledge of LHS (Line History Sheet) preparation.Experience in Loop File documentation and final dossier compilation.Maintaining QA/QC documentation as per IOCL & PMC standards.

Final Documentation & HandoverPreparation of As-built documentation.Compilation of final mechanical completion dossiers.Submission and clearance from PMC & IOCL.

General RequirementsImmediate joining preferred.Refinery / Oil & Gas project experience mandatory.Must be familiar with IOCL refinery documentation standards.Strong coordination and communication skills required.Ability to independently handle PMC and Client interactions.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
