Part-time Pharmacy Technician position available in a team-oriented, family owned &amp; operated retail pharmacy in Paoli, PA. Competitive compensation package based on experience and credentials. Pharmacy Technician Certification and/or registered with the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy required. Successful candidates will pass a background check. Position is for weekdays (daytime shift) and Saturdays (9-3), total of 12-18 hours/week.Position Tasks:<ul><li>Assisting the pharmacist(s) in the filling, verification, and filing of prescriptions</li><li>Assisting patients in person and on the phone</li><li>Communicating via phone with medical professionals and insurance companies</li><li>Inventory management</li><li>Keeping the pharmacy tidy and well-stocked of all supplies</li><li>Prescription intake as well as checking out the patient once their prescription is complete</li><li>Additional tasks as necessary</li></ul>Position Requirements:<ul><li>at least 18 years of age</li><li>high school diploma or GED</li><li>ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment with periods of high traffic volume</li><li>excellent customer service skills</li><li>computer skills necessary (prior point-of-sale experience is a plus)</li><li>ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner</li><li>ability to multitask</li><li>strong attention to detail</li><li>Pharmacy Technician Certification and/or Registration with the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
