We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader (NSW) to join the team at our site in Revesby. The key focus of this role will be to: <ul> <li>Leading the local customer service team's performance to maximize responsiveness and accuracy</li> <li>Identifying and developing improved processes, to ensure free flowing information between stakeholder groups</li> <li>Provide great customer service to a portfolio of key customer accounts</li> <li>Support the team by handling escalations as required and overseeing order processes</li> <li>Ensuring the team meets service level targets and target goals by coaching and developing the customer service team on an on-going basis</li> <li>Generating reports to track relevant KPI's</li> <li>Assist the team to provide excellent phone and email-based customer service</li> </ul> We can offer a varied career journey with experiential learning gained from cross-functional and lateral moves. For this role we would ideally like you to have: <ul> <li>Experience leading Customer Service teams in a fast-paced environment (manufacturing industry experience would be viewed favourably)</li> <li>Excellent communications skills - both written and verbal</li> <li>Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with fixed deadlines</li> <li>Previous experience using CRM systems (SAP and Microsoft Dynamics experience would be highly regarded)</li> <li>A customer-centric mindset and a positive demeanour</li> </ul> Applications are open to both internal and external candidates.
