<ul><li>Requirements:</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.</li><li>Proficiency in GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, TDS, TCS, and bank reconciliation.</li><li>Basic auditing knowledge.</li><li>Must have knowledge and experience working with Tally Prime.</li><li>Strong communication skills in English.</li><li>Detail-oriented and organized.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Excel</li><li>Strong problem solving and analytical skills</li><li>Must have own transportation to commute to the location.</li></ul>Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Account Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor invoices, customer billing, and collections.</li><li>TDS &amp; GST : Coordinating with Companies CA for Filing of Monthly / Quarterly Filings</li><li>Reconciliation: Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations for general ledgers, bank statements, and other accounts to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Filings: Ensure compliance with tax laws, company policies, and relevant government regulations. This can include preparing and filing tax returns and assisting with audits.</li><li>Auditing: Cooperate with external and internal auditors to prepare for and conduct audits.</li><li>Inventory Management: You will be responsible for inventory entries (Purchases, Goods Receipt Note), tag generation, and invoice monitoring.</li></ul>We are looking for a highly motivated individual who takes initiative and ownership, and has experience with customer interaction.You will be reporting to the CA &amp; Director of the Company.Education:<ul><li>B.com, M.com, CA intern Candidate</li></ul>Timings:6 days a week, with 1 rotational off.10:30AM to 7:30PMJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Bardez, North Goa - 403501, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 4 years (Required)</li><li>total work: 4 years (Required)</li><li>Tally: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
