- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, TDS, TCS, and bank reconciliation.
- Basic auditing knowledge.
- Must have knowledge and experience working with Tally Prime.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Must have own transportation to commute to the location.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor invoices, customer billing, and collections.
- TDS & GST : Coordinating with Companies CA for Filing of Monthly / Quarterly Filings
- Reconciliation: Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations for general ledgers, bank statements, and other accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Compliance & Filings: Ensure compliance with tax laws, company policies, and relevant government regulations. This can include preparing and filing tax returns and assisting with audits.
- Auditing: Cooperate with external and internal auditors to prepare for and conduct audits.
- Inventory Management: You will be responsible for inventory entries (Purchases, Goods Receipt Note), tag generation, and invoice monitoring.
