Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive for our Automotive / Marine division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing customer relationships, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets for marine engines, parts, accessories, and related services.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and develop new sales opportunities in marine markets</li><li>Promote and sell marine engines, generators, parts, and accessories</li><li>Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, dealers, and boat owners</li><li>Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and close sales</li><li>Coordinate with service, logistics, and finance teams for smooth order processing</li><li>Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required</li><li>Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases</li><li>Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales follow-ups</li><li>Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or Diploma in Sales, Business, Mechanical / Automotive / Marine Engineering (preferred)</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of sales experience in automotive or marine industry</li><li>Strong knowledge of automotive vehicles / marine engines and related products</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)</li><li>Arabic speaking is mandatory</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Sales &amp; negotiation skills</li><li>Customer relationship management</li><li>Market analysis</li><li>Time management</li><li>Target-oriented mindset</li><li>Professional presentation skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
