Receptionist/Admin Assistant - Female Only

Job Summary:

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. She is responsible for managing the front desk efficiently, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it tidy and presentable.
  • Handle basic inquiries and direct visitors to appropriate staff or departments.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate orders as needed.
  • Follow security procedures and control visitor access.
  • Support other departments with clerical duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment with standard working hours.
  • Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • May require occasional overtime or flexibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
