This paid position offers a unique opportunity to blend adventure, creativity, and customer service into an exciting career path.Duties<ul><li>Lead informative and lively guided tours, sharing insights about local culture, history, and photography tips to enhance guest experience</li><li>Capture high-quality photographs and videos during tours using professional equipment, ensuring vibrant color management and artistic composition</li><li>Edit and post-process images and videos utilizing Lightroom, Capcut, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or other Photo Editing tools to produce polished content</li><li>May include managing social media accounts by creating engaging visual stories that promote the tour destinations and attract new customers</li><li>Direct guests with posing, photo manipulation techniques, and art direction to help them achieve their desired shots</li><li>Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth tour operations while maintaining safety protocols at all times</li><li>Contribute to marketing efforts by developing captivating visual content that highlights the scenic beauty of each location</li><li>Compensation hourly range $20-$40 per hour + Bonus Commission</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Must be able to stand and walk around each location directing mini-photoshoots at each</li><li>Must have reliable clean vehicle for these are private tours typically 4 guests or less</li><li>Personal car will be used to partake in tours including pick up/drop off</li><li>Proven experience in photography, videography, drone or related fields such as journalism or art direction</li><li>Preferred Proficiency with photo editing software including Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One; video editing skills using Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro are highly desirable</li><li>Strong understanding of color theory and color management techniques for both photo and video production</li><li>Knowledge of post-production workflows for photography and videography projects</li><li>Excellent communication skills to engage diverse audiences and provide informative guidance during tours</li><li>Ability to operate professional camera equipment and lighting gear confidently</li><li>Must maintain proper hygiene and look sharp</li><li>Passion for travel, storytelling, and sharing cultural insights through compelling visual content</li><li>Experience managing social media platforms to promote tourism or creative projects is a plus</li></ul>Embark on an adventure where your creativity fuels unforgettable journeys!
