Qualifications<ul><li>High School Diploma</li><li>Five years of verifiable construction experience</li></ul>Job Summary:The Contract Administrator is responsible for assembling bid packages (requesting bid bonds, completing affidavits, and prequalification statements; assisting estimators) as well as preparing contract documents for signatures. This person will also be responsible for processing any required permits, ODOT and City requirements (DBE reporting, site exchange, etc.), and OKIE locates. The Contract Administrator will be a liaison between the estimators and the accounting department. This person will be assisting the estimators with subcontracts and change orders, as well as monthly billing to the GC&rsquo;s/owners of the projects. The Contract Administrator must be proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Windows, Office, Excel, and Word.
