Marketing Director Job DescriptionTitle: Marketing DirectorReports To: CEOJob Goal: Create and implement the marketing strategy for Paragon Home Plans and the rest of the portfolio companies.Key Duties and Responsibilities: Customer and Partnership Aquisition (Primary Objective)<ul><li>Build and execute marketing strategies that attract new clients and builders as well as lumberyards, realtors, and partner companies.</li><li>Implement lead funnels such as webinars, landing pages, lead magnets, email automations, and targeted outreach.</li><li>Use SEO, paid ads, and CRM tools to convert traffic into high-quality leads and leads into clients.</li><li>Track lead performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROI</li><li>Find ways to utilize our stock plan collection to attract more customers as well as sell more stock plans and modifications to a wider audience.</li><li>Continue to expand our affiliate, commission, and referral partnerships so our services can be offered to more large audiences and target markets.</li><li>At times, market and gain market share in specific cities that offer strategic opportunities.</li></ul>Digital Marketing &amp; Online Growth<ul><li>Identify clear digital marketing strategies that have consistent ROI</li><li>Manage, update, and enhance Paragon&rsquo;s website, white-label sites, and online presence (SEO and GEO optimization, landing pages, analytics, CRO).</li><li>Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms.</li><li>Oversee CRM utilization for automations, follow-ups, segmentation, and reporting.</li><li>Find ways to generate visibility and drive customer acquisition through free and low cost channels.</li></ul>Content Creation &amp; Social Media<ul><li>Plan, produce, and publish engaging social media content (short-form video, stories, posts, reels).</li><li>Capture video and photography of our homes, partner builds, designers, and projects in progress.</li><li>Tell compelling stories showcasing our ecosystem (builders, interiors, groundworks, short-term rentals etc.).</li><li>Engage social media and online communities that relate to our clients and builders and produces clients.</li></ul>Partnership Development<ul><li>Support lumberyard, builder, and realtor partnerships with co-branded content &amp; campaigns.</li><li>Produce referral tools, co-marketing assets, promotional videos, case studies, etc.</li><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships that fuel shared inbound referrals.</li></ul>Brand Growth &amp; Innovation<ul><li>Bring new ideas, test creative strategies, experiment with growth tactics, and find scalable opportunities.</li><li>Develop brand assets, sales decks, marketing collateral, and messaging across platforms.</li><li>Help shape the voice, presence, and reputation of Paragon as a nationwide leader.</li></ul>Job Skills and Abilities:<ul><li>Customer acquisition</li><li>Social media + SEO strategy</li><li>Paid ads (Meta/Google)</li><li>Content strategy + creation</li><li>CRM utilization</li><li>Lead magnets + execution of strategies such as webinars</li><li>Partnership-building</li><li>Willingness to experiment and try new initiatives</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul><li>Marketing experience is strongly preferred but not required if skillset has been demonstrated in other fields</li><li>A strong portfolio OR clear ability to produce digital content and results</li><li>Comfort shooting short videos, interviewing partners, and being on job sites</li><li>Bonus: any experience with architecture, construction, real estate, or design</li></ul>Growth PathThis role begins as a hands-on, one-person marketing engine.
