Job Description
Title: Marketing Director
Reports To: CEO
Job Goal: Create and implement the marketing strategy for Paragon Home Plans and the rest of the portfolio companies.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer and Partnership Aquisition (Primary Objective)
- Build and execute marketing strategies that attract new clients and builders as well as lumberyards, realtors, and partner companies.
- Implement lead funnels such as webinars, landing pages, lead magnets, email automations, and targeted outreach.
- Use SEO, paid ads, and CRM tools to convert traffic into high-quality leads and leads into clients.
- Track lead performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROI
- Find ways to utilize our stock plan collection to attract more customers as well as sell more stock plans and modifications to a wider audience.
- Continue to expand our affiliate, commission, and referral partnerships so our services can be offered to more large audiences and target markets.
- At times, market and gain market share in specific cities that offer strategic opportunities.
Digital Marketing & Online Growth
- Identify clear digital marketing strategies that have consistent ROI
- Manage, update, and enhance Paragon’s website, white-label sites, and online presence (SEO and GEO optimization, landing pages, analytics, CRO).
- Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms.
- Oversee CRM utilization for automations, follow-ups, segmentation, and reporting.
- Find ways to generate visibility and drive customer acquisition through free and low cost channels.
Content Creation & Social Media
- Plan, produce, and publish engaging social media content (short-form video, stories, posts, reels).
- Capture video and photography of our homes, partner builds, designers, and projects in progress.
- Tell compelling stories showcasing our ecosystem (builders, interiors, groundworks, short-term rentals etc.).
- Engage social media and online communities that relate to our clients and builders and produces clients.
Partnership Development
- Support lumberyard, builder, and realtor partnerships with co-branded content & campaigns.
- Produce referral tools, co-marketing assets, promotional videos, case studies, etc.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships that fuel shared inbound referrals.
Brand Growth & Innovation
- Bring new ideas, test creative strategies, experiment with growth tactics, and find scalable opportunities.
- Develop brand assets, sales decks, marketing collateral, and messaging across platforms.
- Help shape the voice, presence, and reputation of Paragon as a nationwide leader.

Preferred Experience:
- Marketing experience is strongly preferred but not required if skillset has been demonstrated in other fields
- A strong portfolio OR clear ability to produce digital content and results
- Comfort shooting short videos, interviewing partners, and being on job sites
- Bonus: any experience with architecture, construction, real estate, or design

This role begins as a hands-on, one-person marketing engine. As Paragon and the ecosystem grow, you will have the opportunity to:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
