Looking for an organized team player with Customer Service experience to provide support to the Property Manager in handling the day-to-day requirements of multiple associations. Training will be provided.List of responsibilities:<ul><li>Create zoom meetings</li><li>Attend Board meetings with Manager, prepare minutes.</li><li>Liaison between the homeowners and the property manager</li><li>Ensure items on the maintenance calendar are completed</li><li>Follow up with vendors, request proposals, and schedule work</li><li>Follow up with phone calls, emails, and faxes</li><li>Reviewing/coding invoices</li><li>Prepare and post notice/agenda</li><li>Assist with community inspections</li><li>Assist with Architectural requests to renovate individual units</li><li>Answer general questions related to use restrictions</li><li>Assist with rules and regulations compliance, and community websites</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>Customer Service experience</li><li>Takes initiative, is a self-starter</li><li>Ability to work independently</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Maintains confidentiality of all residents, staff, and Association information</li><li>Must be a team player</li><li>Must keep property manager informed of issues requiring knowledge and action</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $45,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
