Property Management Assistant

Looking for an organized team player with Customer Service experience to provide support to the Property Manager in handling the day-to-day requirements of multiple associations. Training will be provided.

List of responsibilities:

  • Create zoom meetings
  • Attend Board meetings with Manager, prepare minutes.
  • Liaison between the homeowners and the property manager
  • Ensure items on the maintenance calendar are completed
  • Follow up with vendors, request proposals, and schedule work
  • Follow up with phone calls, emails, and faxes
  • Reviewing/coding invoices
  • Prepare and post notice/agenda
  • Assist with community inspections
  • Assist with Architectural requests to renovate individual units
  • Answer general questions related to use restrictions
  • Assist with rules and regulations compliance, and community websites

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer Service experience
  • Takes initiative, is a self-starter
  • Ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail
  • Maintains confidentiality of all residents, staff, and Association information
  • Must be a team player
  • Must keep property manager informed of issues requiring knowledge and action

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
