<div></div><div><b>To be considered for this position, you must hold a current and valid Medication Technician (Med Tech) certification specifically for an Assisted Living Facility.</b><br>

<b>Please do not apply for this position if your credentials are limited to any of the following:</b></div>
<ul><li>Medical Assistant (MA) certification</li>
<li>Physician office or clinic medication administration experience</li>
<li>Hospital-based certifications</li>
<li>Any certification, license, or training that is not specifically for Assisted Living Medication Technician duties</li>
</ul><div><b>These credentials do not meet the requirements for this position and </b><b>will not</b><b> be accepted for this role.</b><br>

<ul><li>A copy of your active Assisted Living Medication Technician certification</li>
<li>Observation documentation (as required by your certification)</li>
<li>Current Diabetic Education certification</li>

As a Medication Technician, you will build strong relationships with residents while helping them stay safe and comfortable. <b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></div>
<ul><li>Administer and document medications under RN/LPN supervision</li>
<li>Provide attentive, quality care to residents</li>
<li>Monitor and report changes in resident conditions</li>
<li>Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers</li>
<li>Perform vital sign checks, including pulse and blood pressure</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records, supply levels, and medication orders</li>
<li>Support a safe, organized, and efficient unit environment</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care teams
</li></ul><div><br>
<b>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></div>
<ul><li>High school diploma or GED</li>
<li>Completion of Medication Administration training (required)</li>
<li>Medication Aide Certification (required)</li>
<li>Prior experience in long-term care</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work under supervision</li>
<li>Calm, professional response in fast-paced or emergencies</li>
<li>Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking)</li>
</ul>
