HR Specialist - Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Engagement Jacksonville, Florida | In Person | Growing Primary Care PracticeRole OverviewPareto Clinic is a growing family medicine practice in Jacksonville, Florida. We are looking for an organized, dependable, people-centered HR Specialist to help us build and sustain a stronger workforce system.This is not just a paperwork role. This is a role for someone who wants to help us find good people, move candidates through the hiring process quickly, onboard employees well, support training, improve retention, and help build a workplace where people feel connected, accountable, and valued.Why This Role MattersHiring and retention are central to our growth. We need someone who can help manage the full employee lifecycle: sourcing, candidate communication, interviews, onboarding, training coordination, documentation, employee engagement, celebrations, and retention support.Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Posting and updating jobs on Indeed and other recruiting platforms.</li><li>Reviewing applications and candidate profiles.</li><li>Using matched-candidate and sourcing tools to identify potential applicants.</li><li>Sending candidate outreach messages.</li><li>Coordinating phone screens, interviews, onsite visits, and working interviews.</li><li>Maintaining applicant tracking notes and candidate status updates.</li><li>Supporting offer communication and new-hire preparation.</li><li>Coordinating onboarding steps, employee files, HR documentation, and training schedules.</li><li>Helping coordinate check-ins, celebrations, birthdays, milestones, and recognition.</li><li>Supporting retention initiatives and employee engagement activities.</li></ul>Recruiting Focus Areas<ul><li>Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.</li><li>Medical Assistants.</li><li>Patient Health Advocates and care coordination roles.</li><li>Front desk and administrative roles.</li><li>IT and informatics support roles.</li><li>Other operational and clinical support roles as needed.</li></ul>Who We Are Looking For Pareto Clinic - Recruiting and Workforce Development<ul><li>Organized, professional, reliable, warm, and people-centered.</li><li>Comfortable communicating with candidates and employees.</li><li>Able to follow through without constant reminders.</li><li>Detail-oriented and comfortable using technology.</li><li>Able to manage multiple moving parts in a growing environment.</li></ul>Preferred Experience <ul><li>HR, recruiting, staffing, healthcare administration, or office management experience.</li><li>Experience using Indeed or other job platforms.</li><li>Experience with Homebase, Outlook, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.</li><li>Experience coordinating interviews, onboarding, employee files, or training.</li><li>Healthcare practice experience and strong written communication skills.</li></ul>What Success Looks Like<ul><li>Job postings are current and active.</li><li>Candidates are reviewed and contacted quickly.</li><li>Interviews are scheduled without delay.</li><li>New hires have organized onboarding steps.</li><li>Employee files and HR documents are maintained.</li><li>Recognition and retention activities happen consistently.</li><li>Leadership has better visibility into hiring and workforce needs.</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have in HR, recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition?</li><li>Have you recruited for healthcare positions before?</li><li>Which types of positions have you recruited for?</li><li>Have you coordinated interviews, onboarding, or new-hire orientation?</li></ul>* Describe your experience with employee onboarding, training coordination, or employee engagement activities.Work Location: In person
