Job Description &ndash; Purchase Executive (Site) &ndash; MEPPosition OverviewThe Purchase Executive (MEP Site) is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, equipment, and services related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works. The role ensures timely availability of all required items at the project site while maintaining cost efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with company procedures.Key Responsibilities1. Procurement &amp; Sourcing<ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and finalize vendors for MEP materials and equipment.</li><li>Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing.</li><li>Prepare purchase orders (POs) and follow up for timely delivery.</li><li>Source urgent/critical materials from local markets when required.</li></ul>2. Material Management<ul><li>Coordinate with site engineers, storekeepers, and project managers to understand material requirements.</li><li>Track daily material consumption and upcoming requirements to avoid shortages.</li><li>Ensure all MEP materials meet approved specifications and standards.</li></ul>3. Vendor Management<ul><li>Maintain good relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, terms, delivery schedules, and payment conditions.</li><li>Evaluate vendor performance based on delivery accuracy, quality, and service.</li></ul>4. Coordination &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Coordinate with accounts for vendor payments and documentation.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and audit requirements.</li></ul>5. Market Knowledge<ul><li>Keep updated on MEP materials, suppliers, market trends, and price fluctuations.</li><li>Recommend cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.</li></ul>6. Site Support<ul><li>Coordinate with logistics and transporters for smooth delivery to site.</li><li>Track dispatches and ensure material reaches on time.</li><li>Support site teams in resolving material-related issues or delays.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of MEP materials (Electrical cables, conduits, HVAC items, pumps, GI/CI fittings, plumbing materials, etc.)</li><li>Good negotiation &amp; communication skills</li><li>Vendor sourcing and relationship management</li><li>Understanding of BOQs, technical specifications &amp; drawings</li><li>ERP knowledge (optional but preferred)</li><li>Time management &amp; multi-tasking</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical background with MEP experience.</li><li>2&ndash;6 years of experience in procurement for construction/MEP projects.</li><li>Experience working at project sites preferred.</li><li>Salary: 35K to 40K</li></ul>Job Types: &#2347;&#2364;&#2369;&#2354;-&#2335;&#2366;&#2311;&#2350;, &#2360;&#2381;&#2341;&#2366;&#2351;&#2368;Pay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>&#2346;&#2381;&#2352;&#2377;&#2357;&#2367;&#2337;&#2375;&#2306;&#2335; &#2347;&#2364;&#2306;&#2337;</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Job Title: Manager MEPDepartment: Mechanical, Electrical &amp; PlumbingLocation: SiteReports To: Project Manager / Operations Head1. Job SummaryThe Manager MEP is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities across the project. The role ensures timely execution, quality compliance, safety standards, and coordination between consultants, contractors, and internal teams.2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Planning &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Prepare and review MEP project schedules, resource requirements, and execution plans.</li><li>Coordinate between civil, structural, and architectural teams to avoid clashes.</li><li>Ensure MEP works are executed as per approved drawings and timelines.</li><li>Lead coordination meetings with MEP contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.</li></ul>B. Technical Responsibilities<ul><li>Review MEP shop drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and method statements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards (IS, ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.).</li><li>Monitor HVAC, fire-fighting, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and ELV systems installation.</li><li>Validate load calculations, equipment selection, and system design.</li><li>Conduct technical audits and quality checks on MEP installations.</li></ul>C. Project Execution &amp; Monitoring<ul><li>Track daily/weekly progress of MEP works and report to Project Manager.</li><li>Identify delays, risks, and initiate corrective actions.</li><li>Coordinate inspections with consultants/clients.</li><li>Ensure proper testing &amp; commissioning of all MEP systems.</li><li>Manage change orders/variations related to MEP works.</li></ul>D. Procurement &amp; Vendor Management<ul><li>Prepare MEP material requirement plans and coordinate procurement.</li><li>Evaluate vendor quotations and technical compliance.</li><li>Follow up on material deliveries and ensure quality checks on received items.</li></ul>E. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain records of drawings, approvals, RFIs, inspections, test reports, etc.</li><li>Prepare MIS reports for management.</li><li>Ensure MEP as-built drawings and handover documents are completed on time.</li></ul>F. Safety &amp; Quality<ul><li>Ensure all MEP works comply with safety protocols and statutory requirements.</li><li>Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety discipline among teams.</li><li>Implement QA/QC procedures for MEP installations.</li></ul>3. Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting &amp; ELV systems.</li><li>Ability to read/interpret MEP drawings and specifications.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera (optional), and MS Office.</li><li>Excellent coordination and team management skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and site execution capabilities.</li><li>Knowledge of relevant industry standards.</li></ul>4. Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.</li><li>8&ndash;12 years of experience in MEP project execution (depending on seniority).</li><li>Experience in industrial industry is preferred.</li><li>Salary: 70K-100K</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;70,000.00 - &#8377;120,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
