Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Title: Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist (HVAC & PEB)Job Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist with experience in industrial/B2B marketing to generate high-quality leads for HVAC systems and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects.

The ideal candidate understands long sales cycles, project-based marketing, tender-based opportunities, and contractor/consultant-driven buying processes. This role will focus on generating qualified inquiries from builders, EPC contractors, architects, industrial clients, consultants, and project owners.

Key Responsibilities1. B2B Digital Strategy (Industrial Focus)

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate project-based and tender-driven leads.
  • Identify target audiences such as industrial clients, factories, warehouses, real estate developers, EPC contractors, and MEP consultants.
  • Create industry-specific campaigns aligned with HVAC systems and PEB solutions.

2. Lead Generation (Project & Tender-Based)

  • Run paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search & Display), LinkedIn Ads, and industry portals targeting:
  • Industrial HVAC projects
  • PEB warehouse/factory construction
  • Turnkey MEP contracts
  • Generate RFQs (Request for Quotations) and tender inquiries.
  • Develop high-converting landing pages for specific project types (cold storage, pharma plant, warehouses, logistics parks, etc.).
  • Implement remarketing campaigns targeting consultants, architects, and decision-makers.
  • Work closely with sales teams to qualify and track leads through the pipeline.

3. SEO & Industrial Content Marketing

  • Perform keyword research focused on high-intent industrial search terms (e.g., industrial HVAC contractor, PEB warehouse manufacturer, turnkey HVAC solution provider).
  • Optimize website for technical product pages, case studies, and project portfolios.
  • Develop content such as:
  • Case studies
  • Technical blogs
  • Project highlights
  • Whitepapers for consultants and architects
  • Improve organic rankings in regional and national markets.

4. CRM & Lead Nurturing

  • Manage and update CRM with project-stage tracking.
  • Develop email workflows for nurturing long-cycle B2B leads.
  • Implement lead scoring based on project value, industry type, and urgency.
  • Coordinate marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) handover to sales team.

5. Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Track key metrics:
  • Cost per Qualified Lead (CPQL)
  • RFQs Generated
  • Tender Participation Rate
  • Lead-to-Project Conversion Rate
  • Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards for performance tracking.
  • Provide monthly performance and ROI reports to management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in industrial, construction, HVAC, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven experience generating B2B project-based leads.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and conversion optimization.
  • Understanding of long sales cycles and high-ticket B2B marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in HVAC, MEP, PEB, construction, or manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of tender platforms and industrial marketplaces.
  • Ability to understand technical product specifications and convert them into marketing content.
  • Basic understanding of engineering drawings and project documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
