Job Overview 
The Park Country Club is hiring Seasonal Grounds Crew Members / Groundskeepers to help maintain our championship golf course and club grounds. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team environment. Ideal for high school students, college students, or anyone seeking seasonal outdoor work.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Mow and maintain greens, tees, fairways, and rough</li><li>Rake and maintain bunkers (sand traps)</li><li>Perform string trimming, edging, and general landscaping</li><li>Assist with daily golf course setup (tee markers, hole locations, course accessories)</li><li>Operate small maintenance equipment and utility vehicles</li><li>Maintain course appearance and assist with general grounds maintenance</li><li>Follow all equipment safety procedures and maintenance standards</li></ul>
Requirements: 
Qualifications<ul><li>Reliable and punctual</li><li>Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions</li><li>Ability to perform physical labor and lift 25&ndash;50 lbs</li><li>Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed</li><li>Positive attitude and ability to work on a team</li><li>No experience required &mdash; we will train</li></ul>
Work Schedule<ul><li>Early morning shifts typically starting between 5:00&ndash;6:00 AM</li><li>Many shifts finish late morning or early afternoon</li><li>Flexible scheduling available</li></ul>
