Job Overview
The Park Country Club is hiring Seasonal Grounds Crew Members / Groundskeepers to help maintain our championship golf course and club grounds. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team environment. Ideal for high school students, college students, or anyone seeking seasonal outdoor work.

Key Responsibilities

• Mow and maintain greens, tees, fairways, and rough
• Rake and maintain bunkers (sand traps)
• Perform string trimming, edging, and general landscaping
• Assist with daily golf course setup (tee markers, hole locations, course accessories)
• Operate small maintenance equipment and utility vehicles
• Maintain course appearance and assist with general grounds maintenance
• Follow all equipment safety procedures and maintenance standards

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift 25–50 lbs
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Positive attitude and ability to work on a team
• No experience required — we will train

Work Schedule

• Early morning shifts typically starting between 5:00–6:00 AM
• Many shifts finish late morning or early afternoon
• Flexible scheduling available
