Job Title: Real Estate Operations Assistant (Airbnb Management &amp; Realtor Support)Location: Austin, TX (In-Office) Job Type: Part-time (24&ndash;32 hours per week) Pay: Reflected on level of experience during hiring process, $20-24Role Overview We are seeking someone with real estate experience to support our investment firm. This role is responsible for managing a high-end Airbnb, entering and updating real estate listings, and running errands. Think of this position as half Executive Assistant and half Property Manager. The ideal candidate thrives on organization, possesses a creative eye for marketing details, and is willing to support the team in any capacity needed.Responsibilities<ul><li>Workflow Management: Maintain and update all company tasks and project timelines within Asana.</li><li>Property Marketing: Monitor and maintain Google Ads campaigns; update LoopNet listings and property websites to ensure maximum occupancy.</li><li>Lead Generation: Execute outreach and marketing tasks to generate new leads for storage units and office vacancies.</li><li>Account Maintenance: Assist in the oversight of rental accounts across commercial, retail, and short-term (Airbnb) properties.</li><li>Content Creation (Bonus): Handle property photography, photo editing, and basic graphic design for marketing collateral.</li><li>Administrative Support: Manage general data entry and reporting using Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Property Logistics: Run errands and fulfill various property-related requests.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Software: Proficiency in Asana, Microsoft Word, Excel, Airbnb, and Google Ads. (Squarespace experience is a bonus).</li><li>Experience: A proven background in real estate operations, property management, or Airbnb hosting.</li><li>Skills: High-level photography and graphic design skills are a plus.</li><li>Traits: Extreme attention to detail, a task-oriented mindset, a &quot;finisher&quot; attitude, and a love for building systems and structure.</li><li>Enrolled in University Credit Eligible, or Bachelor Degree adjacent level preferred.</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, InternshipPay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hourExpected hours: 24.0 &ndash; 32.0 per weekWork Location: In person
