Quality Self Storage is a locally owned and professionally managed storage facility committed to providing a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for our customers. This facility is situated on a 16-acre property and we take pride in keeping our property looking its best year-round.

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated Groundskeeper to help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the 16-acre property on which our facility is located. This is a part-time position averaging approximately 20 hours per week. Hours may vary slightly by season, with potentially more hours in the summer and fewer in the winter.

This position will report directly to the on-site Property Manager, who will provide direction, scheduling, and oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Mow, seed, edge, and maintain grass and landscaped areas
• Weed control and general landscaping upkeep
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
• Pressure wash buildings, sidewalks, and driveways as needed
• Monitor property for safety concerns and report issues
• Assist with seasonal property needs (leaf removal, storm cleanup, etc.)

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience required
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Dependable and punctual

Schedule & Compensation

• Approximately 20 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling (to be coordinated with on-site manager)
• Seasonal fluctuations in hours possible
• $18 per hour
